”Ljungström Consulting as a consultancy company, focuses operational efficiency where result generated through active operational management and a structured way of working is the fundamental principle.

In addition to our consultancy services we also deliver trainings in cooperation with various universities and multi national corporations.

Our working principle is to secure lasting efficiency among our customers by transference of competence, i.e. transference of methods and mindset.”

Our way of working

System

The starting point is that a company, regardless of size is and works as a system. A system where the collaboration between, the control and efficiency of, different functions, determines the company’s ability. Ability to meet customers demands (solution, prize, time and quality) as well as owner requirements (profitability).

Collaboration

Our experience tells us that without collaboration between and control of the different functions in the company, the efficiency of the respective functions are of marginal value.

Way of working

For that reason, in our assignments, collaboration between (processes, roles and responsibilities) and control of (vision, strategies, structures, measurements and follow up) the company’s function is the foundation for defining actions. Actions focusing on collaboration, control or efficiency.

Competence transfer

Our assignments are characterised by competence transfer, where our premier role is guidance and support to the customer personnel. Competence transfer is an important requirement for continuous development as well as to sustain achieved results.

Support/Training

The competence transfer in our assignments is performed through focused training of the customer personnel and by support to individuals in their positions.
